When placing your order, please provide your pet’s name, contact phone number, and 1–2 photos of your pet (full-body, bright, and clear photos will yield the best results).

2. Design Confirmation

After your order is submitted, our design team will create a proof and send it to your registered email within 48 hours for your approval.

3. Production

Once you confirm the proof, your custom pet ID tag will enter production, which takes 3–5 days.

4. Combined Shipping

After production, your custom tag will be shipped together with any other items in your order (if applicable).

5. Shipping Notification

You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped. You can track your package status via the "Track Order" page on our website.

Color Variation: Due to factors such as lighting, production processes, monitor settings, and personal color perception, there may be slight color differences between the product images and the actual item. This is not a quality issue, and the actual product shall prevail.

Custom Policy: As this is a personalized custom product, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has started.
