When will I receive my order?
1.Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 days.
2.Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to 15 countries, including North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. Other regions will be gradually added. Stay tuned!
3.Free Shipping
Orders over $99 USD are eligible for free shipping.
4.Order Tracking
You can track your order anytime on our homepage “Track Order” page.
When will my personalized order ship?
Please note: personalized items are made just require 3-5 days of extra production time.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate split shipments so your full order will ship once any personalized items are ready.
Please note all personalized items are final sale and not refundable, unless we make a mistake.
What if my package is delayed during shipping?
Sometimes packages are shipped promptly but may experience delays while in transit. We select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination country or region. Due to increased e-commerce shipping volumes, delivery delays may occur in certain areas.
While we do our best to allow for potential carrier delays when setting our shipping timelines, occasional delays may happen that are beyond our control. Customers can always check the latest shipping status and tracking updates through “Track Order.”
For packages that appear to be lost in transit, our policy is as follows: if a package has not been delivered or shown any movement within 10 days of the most recent tracking update, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Based on our experience, the vast majority of delayed packages are delivered or resume movement within this time frame.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition; buyers are liable for any value loss.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer (unless the item is defective or damaged).
To start a return, you can contact us at hello.blingfuzzie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello.blingfuzzie@gmail.com.
How can I modify my order?
If you need to make changes to your order—such as adjusting the quantity or product type—please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we’ll be happy to assist and will respond as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
How do I care for my Bling Fuzzie product?
Dog Leashes
The nylon used in our rope leashes is naturally dirt- and stain-resistant. If your leash becomes dirty, we recommend hand-washing it with warm, soapy water and laying it flat to air dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this may affect the rope structure over time.
Dog Collars & Harnesses
To extend the life of your collar or harness, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water, then laying flat to dry. Fabric collars and harnesses may also be placed in a laundry bag and washed on a gentle cycle, or washed in the dishwasher. Please ensure buckles are protected to prevent scratching.
Leather Collars
Leather collars should not be washed or submerged in water. To maintain their appearance and durability, we recommend cleaning them with a professional leather care product and conditioning as needed. Keep leather items dry and store them away from excessive heat or moisture.
