When will my personalized order ship?

Each custom piece is made especially for you and your pet. Please allow an additional 3–5 days for production before shipment.

Once your order is ready, standard shipping typically takes 7–15 days to arrive. We truly appreciate your patience while we carefully create something unique just for you.

What if there is a mistake?

Because every pet ID tag is personalized and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

We kindly encourage you to double-check all personalization details before placing your order. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re always happy to help — just reach out to us!

Of course, if the error is on our side, we will send you a replacement at no charge.
